Refund policy

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged standard products in their original condition.

Personalized or custom-printed products are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or materially different from the customer’s approved order.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the request and, where approved, arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where available. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was damaged, incorrect, or the error was caused by Comfy Chic.
