Shipping policy

We currently ship within Lebanon.

Orders are generally delivered within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location, order details, and circumstances outside our control.

The customer pays the applicable shipping charge. The shipping cost is confirmed before the order is completed.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and phone number. If delivery fails because the information provided is incorrect or the customer cannot be reached, additional delivery charges may apply.
